All domestic orders ship for $5.00, no minimum required.

Standard shipping is $5.00 on all domestic orders.  Most orders ship in 1-2 business days and take 4-8 days for delivery.

Standard shipping for Canadian orders is $15.00.  Most orders ship in 1-2 business days and take 1-2 weeks for delivery.  Customer is responsible for any Customs Duties, VAT, GST, PST, QST, HST and Customs Broker fees.  Because our items are handmade in the US they should be exempt from Customs Duties and Customs Broker fees but we can not guarantee this.

Need it sooner?  We offer options for priority and express shipping for additional fees.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and you should receive your order in 4-8 business days.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is ready to ship.  It will include your shipment tracking number which can be used to check delivery status.

After 23  would like every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase and will make every effort to fix a problem with an order.  

Items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.  Gift cards can not be returned and we will not accept returns for items that are damaged for reasons not due to our error. You will receive an email notifying you that we have received your return and whether or not your refund has been approved.  If approved, a credit will be made to the credit card used for the purchase. Please remember that credit card companies can take up to a week to process credits to your account.

The cost of return shipping is non-refundable (except if return is due to our error) and we recommend that you insure and track your shipment.

Not at this time.  You will need to place a separate order for each address you would like items shipped to.

Yes, we do gift wrap.  You may choose to include a gift tag or to have the item gift boxed. There is an additional charge, just add your choice to your shopping cart.

By law we are required to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell, such taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location the order is being shipped or delivered to. At checkout, all appropriate domestic taxes will be added to the order total.

If the order is being delivered to Canada the recipient will be responsible for all fees and taxes, they will not be added to the order total.
